Hi Sonotaco,

I have a problem running UFOCapture. Sometimes it stops detecting and gives the UE040 message.
When I click OK, it gives the UM083 Message.
Any idea why this message come from, and could you give me a hint fot the solution?

Hi

UE040 and UM083 happens the writing to HDD was failed.
So I guess HDD was stopped or very slow.
But I am not sure because there can be many reasons.

If you are using Windows7 or Vista, then check auto HDD power off setting of Windows first.
Let me know your Windows, capture equipments, Xi, Yi Fps settings, model of PC or compornents(CPU, HDD..).
